I can has uberhood?

I used to know how to look for all things Sims2, had lots of things bookmarked, knew who made what and where it was kept, and all of that... but that was about three years ago lol.  Now I'm getting back into the game and downloading, but having trouble finding things.

One thing I always wanted was the Uberhood.  Back in the day, I didn't have an internet connection that would have downloaded the Uberhood in anything less than 48 hours time.   But now, I have WiFi so it might go a bit faster.   Trouble is, I don't know where the best place to download it is. 

Can someone point me in the right direction?  Thank you!!
